The Technical Consultant 60 is responsible for playing a critical role in consulting with key clients to understand
their complex, high-impact technical and business needs, offering strategic recommendations that drive signicant
value and align with long-term goals, working under limited supervision. The role leads the development of
advanced technical solutions, including detailed design documentation, system architectures, and integration
frameworks, ensuring successful end-to-end implementation and optimization. The role involves designing
innovative, customized approaches to address intricate client challenges and contributing to the evolution of bestin-
class methodologies.
Job Responisbilities
• Consults with key clients to deeply understand complex, high-impact technical and business needs, providing
strategic recommendations that drive substantial value and align with long-term organizational goals.
• Creates and leads the development of advanced technical solutions, including highly detailed design
documentation, system architectures, integration frameworks, and comprehensive testing protocols, working
under limited supervision.
• Delivers end-to-end technical implementations and integrations for critical projects, overseeing all phases from
initial planning to deployment, ensuring successful execution and optimal performance.
• Determines innovative solutions by analyzing intricate business, technical, and clinical requirements, and
designing customized approaches that address specic client challenges and opportunities.
• Develops and drives the evolution of best-in-class methodologies for technical implementations and service
delivery, incorporating industry-leading practices and client feedback to continuously enhance offerings.
• Documents complex technical solutions and workows , ensuring that detailed records and knowledge bases are
established for ongoing support, future development, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Enhances the global knowledge repository by generating and disseminating thought leadership, advanced best
practices, and repeatable processes, thereby contributing to Philips' competitive advantage and service excellence.
• Ensures the highest standards of confguration management, version control, and technical quality across all
solutions, maintaining exceptional accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Evaluates and analyzes sophisticated system performance metrics and health indicators, proactively identifying
and mitigating potential issues to ensure the highest level of system reliability and client satisfaction.
• Collaborates with cross-functional leadership teams, including executive stakeholders and product development,
to align technical solutions with strategic business goals and drive continuous product and service enhancements.
• Prepares and delivers high-level presentations, technical reports, and strategic recommendations to senior
management and key stakeholders, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of system performance,
technical issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Resolves critical and high-complexity technical issues through advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics,
offering innovative solutions and proactive support to maintain system integrity and drive operational success.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
1. 5-12 Years of experience in Healthcare Domain
2. Experience in workig with RIS (radiolgy information system )PACS (Picture Archieved Communications System )
3. Experience in the HL7 / DICOM Standards / Environments
4. Experience in VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, AWS, VMware will be highly advantageous
