About the role: As a Technical Writer, you will join the product team in a software SaaS company to create high-quality documentation, including how-to guides, videos, and other content that helps users get the most out of the company's software solutions.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure that documentation is accurate, clear, and easy to understand.
The ideal candidate will have experience in writing technical documentation for software solutions and be proficient in Zendesk and FrameMaker.

What you'll do: Create and maintain technical documentation, including how-to guides, release notes, user manuals, and other content that helps internal and external user understand and use the company's software solutions.
Manage and optimize Pendo to create in-app guides, monitor user engagement, and provide actionable insights that improve product adoption and customer success.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure that documentation is accurate, clear, and easy to understand.
Use Zendesk and other tools to create and manage documentation.
Create videos and other multimedia content to help users understand how to use the company's software solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest features and functionality of the LRN’s software solutions to ensure that documentation is accurate and up to date.
Continuously evaluate and improve the documentation process to ensure that documentation is delivered efficiently and effectively.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
Organize and maintain document repositories and version control systems.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.
What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field 2+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software solutions in a SaaS environment Familiarity with software development methodologies.
Experience writing for a global audience with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Experience creating videos and other multimedia content to support documentation efforts.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Passion for creating exceptional user experiences through high-quality documentation.
Proficient in Zendesk.
Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts.
Attention to detail and the ability to catch errors and inconsistencies.
