  • 8–12 years of Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation experience.
  • Experience leading at least 4–6 end-to-end Primavera Unifier implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Project Controls and Capital Project Management.
  • Hands-on experience configuring complex Business Processes and workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of Cost Manager, Cost Sheets, Cash Flow, and Fund Manager.
  • Experience with User Defined Reports (UDRs), dashboards, and custom print templates.
  • Good understanding of Primavera P6 EPPM.
  • Experience integrating Unifier with Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong SQL skills for reporting and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and integration architecture.

Key Competencies:



  • Lead discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Design enterprise PMIS solutions using Oracle Primavera Unifier.
  • Define solution architecture, business processes, shell structures, and governance models.
  • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and Configuration Documents.
  • Recommend best practices aligned with Oracle Primavera implementation standards.
