About MBRDI:

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute seat development activities with suppliers to secure project milestones.
• Prepare and monitor timelines for seat development activities in coordination with suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Purchasing, Quality, Production, and Controlling to meet quality, assembly, and functional requirements.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers for functional development and product maturity.
• Execute Engineering Change Requests as per project requirements.
• Support complete seat development from design and validation to launch execution and post-production support.


Required Skills and Experience:
• Relevant experience in automotive complete seat design and development.
• Strong product knowledge of automotive seating systems including foam, plastic, structure, seat covers, comfort elements, and related components.
• Experience in full product lifecycle management, including concept generation, design and development, product validation as per global regulations, product launch execution, and post-production support.
• Working experience in UG NX.
• Strong understanding of basic engineering processes, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think creatively and provide out-of-the-box solutions.


Qualifikationen

Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Preferred qualifications: B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / M.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.


Preferred Qualifications / Good to Have:
• Experience in automotive seating systems and complete seat development.
• Exposure to global product validation standards and regulations.
• Experience working with suppliers and international cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong coordination skills for product maturity, launch readiness, and engineering change management.
