Workday Developer

Summary:

Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system.

Job Description:

• Developing cutting age software solutions to meet business needs.
• Creating and implementing the source code of new applications.
• Design creative prototypes according to specifications
• Testing source code and debugging code.
• Perform unit and integration testing before deployment.
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing of software applications.
• Evaluating existing applications and performing updates and modifications.

Qualification:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field
• Hands on knowledge of programming languages such as Java/.NET and Pl/Sql.
• Additional programing skills like HTML, Jscript, React, Python,
• Good knowledge data structure concepts.
• Knowledge of software design and programming principles.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business challenges and determine final business requirements.
• Good mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop presentations and present to business and management.
