What You Will Do:
  • Provide first and second-level desktop support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, resolve network connectivity problems, and deliver timely solutions while maintaining SLA compliance and excellent customer service.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and support Windows 7/8.1/10, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Cisco Jabber, printers, desktops, laptops, and enterprise applications while documenting all incidents through helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Perform break-fix support, preventive maintenance, and fault diagnosis for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment while collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

RequirementsWhat You Need:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 7–10, Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation & troubleshooting, and enterprise anti-virus solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop support, printer troubleshooting, iOS & Android mobile device management, enterprise encryption tools, and basic Mac OS support.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities with proven experience managing priorities and meeting SLA targets.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently, proactively, and professionally in a fast-paced IT support environment.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), along with flexibility to support off-hours and weekend projects when required.
