Role Purpose:


The Junior Analyst, Stakeholders Relation is responsible for supporting the development and administration of the Stakeholders Information System, including the collection, verification, and maintenance of stakeholder data to support the Company's Stakeholder Management Plan.


The role serves as a key support function in stakeholder data management, ensuring information accuracy, governance, and reporting, while also supporting stakeholder engagement activities when required.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


  • Develop, maintain, and administer the Stakeholders Information System, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Collect, compile, verify, and update stakeholder data and information to support stakeholder mapping and management planning.
  • Ensure all stakeholder data, analysis, and engagement records are accurate, up to date, auditable, and aligned with Stakeholder Management Standards.
  • Support stakeholder analysis and reporting, including preparation of monitoring outputs and data summaries for decision-making.
  • Enforce data governance and quality standards, including defining mandatory data fields and coordinating with data owners for updates and corrections.
  • Provide support in stakeholder engagement activities, including coordination and documentation when required by the Company.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure timely data collection, validation, and alignment of stakeholder information.
  • Support reporting and documentation for stakeholder-related risks, engagement status, and management plans.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of stakeholder data processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:


Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Communications, Social Sciences, or other relevant disciplines.

Experience:


  • Experience or exposure in data management and analysis.
  • Experience in stakeholder management support or administrative coordination is an advantage.

Skills:


  • Strong data analysis and data management skills.
  • Good project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and data handling tools.
