The Inside Sales Executive – Technology Business will be responsible for expanding the current customer base, supporting sales operations, and increasing the business pipeline through proactive customer engagement and coordination with internal teams.
The role acts as a key interface between customers and various departments to ensure smooth order processing, timely communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
The incumbent will support quotation management, order execution, invoicing, stock coordination, customer follow-ups, and sales reporting while ensuring efficient process flow and service delivery for Technology Business operations across Iraq.
Key Qualifications: • Strong experience in inside sales, sales coordination, customer support, or sales operations within the technology, mobile handset, or consumer electronics industry.
• Good understanding of quotation handling, order execution, invoicing, and customer database management.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP for sales order processing, reporting, and sales documentation is highly preferred.
• Ability to coordinate stock transfers, outbound deliveries, and order fulfillment for internal and external customers.
• Good knowledge of payment follow-ups, transaction confirmations, and handling cancelled or return orders.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to provide pre-sales, sales, and after-sales support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate new product information and updates to customers through various channels.
• Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to coordinate closely with customer service teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with technology distribution or premium technology brands is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Iraq market operations and customer handling is an added advantage.
Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or sales coordination roles.
• Prior experience in technology distribution, mobile handset, consumer electronics, or IT industry is preferred.
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP platforms is highly desirable.
• Experience handling customer accounts, quotations, invoicing, and sales reporting is an added advantage.
• Experience working within Iraq markets will be preferred.
