Job Description
  • Understand the Legal Affairs Strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets.
  • Implement the Legal Affairs policies and procedures.
  • Maintain legal information libraries where needed, identify new sources of legal information, respond to ad hoc requests for data, information, or analysis.
  • Undertake a range of basic and routine legal affair activities and less serious incidents/inquiries/cases/disputes under regular supervision and within given timelines.
  • Use various sources of information to conduct background research and investigation activities to support legal cases and incidents.
  • Research sources of legal information such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and other legal codes to provide valid and up-to-date information to seniors.
  • Prepare and draft various legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts, and other relevant documents for communication and ensure required paperwork is readily available.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal Departments to support on issues where basic legal advice is required to provide adequate information for decision-making purposes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree In in Law - related field or equivalent.
  • Good In English language (Reading and writing).
  • Good Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Good communications skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • A minimum 2 Years’ experience in related field.
