Job Summary
プロダクトバックエンドチームの一員として、Pairsの新規機能開発の最前線に立ち、プロジェクトの成功、ビジネス成果、そしてユーザーの幸福に直接的な影響を与えます。Match Groupの一部として、国際的なブランドや同僚と一緒に働く機会があります。
プロダクトマネージャーやフロントエンドエンジニア、その他の同僚との日々のコラボレーションが業務のドライバーになります。MySQL、DynamoDB、Redis、Elasticsearchを含めた多様な技術スタックを活用したバックエンドソリューションを設計から実装まで担当し、Pairsユーザーが理想のパートナーを見つけるためのリリースを行います。

What You’ll Do


  • フィージビリティからリリースまで、新規機能のバックエンド開発を担当する
  • スケーラビリティ、可観測性、保守性のあるバックエンドソリューションを設計、実装、運用する
  • プロダクト、フロントエンド、BI、マーケティングなどの同僚と頻繁にコラボレーションをする
  • デザインドキュメントとプルリクエストのレビューやプロセス改善の提案でチームに貢献する

Qualifications


  • 3年以上のチーム開発経験
  • Go言語（歓迎）を含む、汎用プログラミング言語でのプログラミングスキル
  • システムデザインの知識（データベース、キャッシュ、メッセージキューなど）
  • APIやバックエンドシステムの開発経験
  • パブリッククラウド（AWS、GCP）での開発経験
  • コミュニケーションとドキュメンテーションのスキル
  • コラボレーションとプロダクトマインドを活かした開発に対するアプローチ
  • Go言語およびバックエンド技術を学ぶ強い意欲
