Role Description
The Export Sales Manager is responsible for developing and expanding international sales of processed cheese products across targeted markets. The role focuses on building strong distribution channels, managing key accounts, and achieving sustainable growth aligned with the company's export strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute export sales strategies for processed cheese products in assigned international markets.
Identify and onboard new distributors, importers, and key clients.
Manage and grow existing customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, pricing, and opportunities in the processed cheese sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in export sales within the processed cheese or dairy industry.
Proven track record in international market development and distributor management.
Strong knowledge of processed cheese products, formats, and applications (blocks, slices, spreads, etc.).
Familiarity with global markets (Middle East, Africa, Europe is a plus).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
