We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team.
In this role, you will create engaging visual content for digital and print media, including social media campaigns, marketing materials, corporate communications, event branding, and multimedia content.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative designs that strengthen our brand, support business objectives, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities Design and produce creative designs for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, online advertisements, banners, and email graphics.
Create high-quality marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, one-pagers, brochures, flyers, booklets, and other client-facing materials.
Adapt existing creative assets into multiple formats and dimensions for LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, email campaigns, and print.
Develop creative concepts and visual designs for marketing campaigns and corporate communications.
Ensure all creative work complies with Optimiza's brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
Design event branding materials, including exhibition booths, roll-ups, backdrops, invitations, signage, giveaways, and other event collateral.
Create internal communication materials and employer branding assets for company initiatives and campaigns.
Produce motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for marketing campaigns and corporate communications.
Capture and edit photography and videography content for marketing campaigns, events, and corporate activities.
Design user interface (UI) mockups and digital assets for web and mobile applications when required.
Review feedback and implement revisions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and project files with proper version control.
Annual Bonus Class A Health Insurance Training & Development Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, E-Marketing Multimedia Design or a related field.
1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Experience creating social media content, marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and other promotional assets.
Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and multimedia content creation.
Familiarity with UI design principles and experience creating web or mobile design mockups is an advantage.
Experience with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar is preferred.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
