We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team at one of the leading food industries in Jordan, based in Amman. Main Responsibilities: - Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and the annual HR plan. - Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Assist in payroll input, attendance tracking, and leave management. - Support performance management and training coordination processes. - Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with Jordan Labor Law in day-to-day HR operations. - Liaise with government and regulatory bodies on routine labor matters as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in an HR coordination/generalist role, preferably within an industrial or FMCG environment. - Solid knowledge of Jordan Labor Law and HR best practices. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
