Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Kuwait Commercial Manager to lead the commercial operations across Kuwait.
The ideal candidate will drive business growth, lead and develop high-performing field teams, strengthen market presence, and ensure effective execution of commercial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
The role requires a strategic and growth-oriented leader capable of identifying market opportunities, optimizing team performance, building strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing beyond sales targets to support long-term business expansion and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the medical representatives team to achieve business objectives and sustainable growth.
Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of targets across assigned territories and product lines.
Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
Ensure effective territory management, customer coverage, and resource allocation across the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key physicians, healthcare stakeholders, distributors, and accounts within Kuwait.
Develop and execute action plans to improve market share, business performance, and customer engagement.
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or any relevant scientific field.
Minimum 7 years of experience within the Kuwait pharmaceutical market.
Proven experience leading teams of at least 5 employees within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive business growth, market expansion, and team performance beyond sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
