About the job: Your first project Design and build a delivery tracking module for our ERP — covering shipment status ingestion from carriers, internal dispatch workflows, customer-facing tracking views, and notifications.
You'll own it end-to-end: data model, backend services, API integrations, and the UI layer that plugs into our existing ERP.
Ongoing scope Build production features in JAVA and REACT integrate with our ERP backend Use Claude Code and MCP-based workflows to accelerate development across our codebase Design AI-assisted capabilities where they add value (ETA prediction, exception detection, smart routing, natural-language search over orders/shipments) Work with Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, OpenSearch etc.
) 4+ years shipping production software Comfort designing data models, REST APIs, and event-driven systems Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic) and AI-assisted coding tools Solid AWS fundamentals Pragmatic, product-minded — can scope a module, ship v1, and iterate
