TINY TOES is a Child Day Care center founded 11 years ago, with proven excellence in early childhood education. We have two branches: Bickfaya and Rabieh.
For our Rabieh branch; we are looking for a Nursery manager, who will be the main principle of the branch, supervising, coordinating, organizing and participating in the nursery's vision in coordination with the branch's educational manager and the Nursery's founder and owner in order to align with the Bickfaya branch.
This is a long-term position destined for ambitious women, decision-makers and future-builders.
The recruited person would start managing the branch starting the next school return (2026-2027 academic year). Working hours: 7:15 - 2:45.
The salary is negotiable: starting 800$ and will be increased gradually according to the business-growth, results and children count.
The manager is the main responsible for the space's safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards and has to keep an eye on those.
A nursing certificate is the ideal requirement. Other diplomas could be: education, healthcare management, psychology...but with proven experience in early childhood education. Years of experience can, in some cases, replace diploma requirements.
The ideal candidate is a young-spirited female, responsible, presentable, organized, creative, driven and with social skills for entertaining positive interactions with the children's parents. A natural interest in children and learning activities and the overall dreamy, safe universe of children.
First aid and emergency trainings are a plus.
The ideal candidate understands and relates to the region's population (Rabieh) and their needs and expectations.
