iProspect, part of the dentsu network, is an award-winning global agency that blends brand and performance to accelerate growth. With a focus on Performance-Driven Brand Building, iProspect connects media strategy, data, and storytelling to convert consumer intent into measurable business outcomes.

Here, careers are built on curiosity and agility, empowering people to innovate at the intersection of media performance and brand impact.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Associate Director to lead performance-driven accounts and deliver measurable growth across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires deep expertise in biddable media, optimization, measurement, and performance excellence, ideally within the GCC region.

You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class execution, operational rigor, and consistent delivery against ambitious business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and optimization of multi-channel performance campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and other biddable platforms.

  • Own performance outcomes, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, revenue, leads, and customer acquisition targets.

  • Drive advanced optimization strategies including bidding enhancements, audience refinement, creative performance testing, and conversion rate improvements.

  • Translate client business goals into clear activation roadmaps and measurable performance frameworks.

  • Conduct deep-dive performance analysis, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Lead client performance conversations, presenting insights, results, and improvement plans with confidence and clarity.

  • Oversee forecasting accuracy, pacing controls, and budget efficiency in alignment with planning teams.

  • Establish rigorous QA processes and governance to ensure flawless campaign setup and execution.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of performance managers and executives, ensuring technical excellence and continuous upskilling.

  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, privacy regulations, and measurement developments across GCC markets.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in performance marketing within an agency or fast-paced digital environment.

  • Strong hands-on expertise across Search, Social, programmatic platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Proven track record of delivering strong performance results across multiple accounts and industries.

  • Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.

  • Experience managing high-budget accounts with strong operational discipline.

  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.

  • GCC market experience is highly preferred.
