Caretek SAL is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Support Engineer to join our Technical Department. If you are passionate about medical technology, radiology & radiotherapy, enjoy solving technical challenges while supporting healthcare professional.
Key Responsibilities
•Install, upgrade and test equipment as per assigned work schedule timelines
•Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair equipment, and recommend corrective action.
•Perform preventive maintenance, carry out regular inspections as recommended, and ensure covered machines proper functioning.
•Follow up recommended trainings on new systems.
•Plan and execute project work safely, and within the approved scope.
•Report project work activities to direct supervisor, sales department and manager.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage).
•Preferably 1 year of experience in servicing biomedical or medical imaging equipment.
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
•Fluency in Arabic and English is required; French is an asset.
• Valid driving license is required.
