The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfilment, and distribution of products. The role ensures efficient warehouse processes, optimal inventory accuracy, and the safe handling of all materials and products.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods
- Manage and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high performance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishments
- Implement and maintain proper warehouse layout, storage systems, and procedures for optimal efficiency
- Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
- Enforce health, safety, and security procedures in line with company and regulatory standards
- Manage goods receiving and delivery (for external clients or delivery department)
- Manage replenishment process between warehouses, coordinate with warehouse department about goods need, and with external or internal delivery team.
- Coordinate with procurement department concerning goods PO and arrival.
- Coordinate with stock controller concerning stock adjustment, new serials entry, inventory and daily operation.
- Handle damaged goods, stock adjustments, and discrepancy reports in coordination with relevant departments
- Track KPIs and prepare regular warehouse performance reports with action plans for improvement
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry in ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus)
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse systems, and stock control procedures
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; French is an advantage
