About the job Accounts Clerk

Remuneration: Salary


Main duties:


  • Maintain accurate accounting ledgers and journal entries
  • Process monthly bank and cash transactions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors
  • Execute monthly financial and bank reconciliations
  • Support monthly physical inventory audits
  • Generate data-driven financial reports
  • Manage office filing systems and routine administrative tasks

What skills do you need?


  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • O-Level qualification (or equivalent) in Accounts
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of Maltese is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
  • Organized, methodical, and highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
