About the job Client Onboarding Specialist

Basis: Full time


Remuneration: Salary


Main Duties:


  • Conduct client due diligence and identity checks for fund, corporate, and fiduciary entities
  • Handle the opening of bank accounts on behalf of clients
  • Evaluate and mitigate risk levels throughout the onboarding process
  • Review and verify all submitted documentation and identification records
  • Perform anti-money laundering, sanction, and political exposure screenings
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies
  • Coordinate with internal legal, compliance, and risk teams to resolve issues
  • Manage accurate client records and ensure proper documentation filing
  • Track updates to compliance regulations and implement them into current processes
  • Provide operational support to managers, seniors, and team members
  • Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as business needs arise

What skills do you need?


  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar compliance or onboarding role
  • Deep understanding of anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations
  • Proven capability in risk assessment and managing confidential information
  • High level of attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities under pressure
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and accept higher levels of responsibility
