Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business & Entity Management
  • Manage new business onboarding and entity set-up processes.
  • Coordinate the transfer of entities from other corporate service providers.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and conversion of new business.
  • Prepare and maintain client and entity records, both physical and electronic.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the onboarding and transfer process.
  • File statutory documents with relevant authorities and coordinate overseas entity incorporations.
  • Arrange tax and legal advice where required.
Compliance & Risk
  • Collect, review and maintain Client Due Diligence (CDD) documentation.
  • Conduct client screening and prepare Client Risk Assessments.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Report non-compliance issues to the Compliance Team.
  • Draft legal and constitutional documents, where applicable.
Banking
  • Open and maintain bank, brokerage and custody accounts.
  • Process client payments and liaise with financial institutions.
Occupation Permits
  • Assist clients with Occupation Permit applications and related regulatory processes.
General Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with the Company's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and high professional standards.
  • Keep up to date with legislative and regulatory changes.
  • Provide administrative support and undertake ad hoc assignments as required.
  • Uphold the Company's values and deliver high-quality client service.

Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or related field.

• Professional qualification such as ICSA/CGI, STEP, ICA or equivalent.

• 6–8 years’ experience within a Management Company or financial services firm in Mauritius, including supervisory experience.
