Responsabilidades Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service. Oversee and coordinate the entire order cycle (import/export operations). Ensure compliance with SAT regulations, IMMEX, and PROSEC programs. Manage temporary imports and return exports under IMMEX program (Appendix 24 & 31). Collaborate and negotiate with suppliers, customs brokers, and certification entities in Mexico. Monitor KPIs: quality, inventory levels, delivery times, transportation costs, and efficiency. Plan transportation routes, warehouse operations, and shipment processing. Resolve operational issues and customer complaints. Supervise, train, and develop operational staff. Achieve targets related to cost, productivity, accuracy, and lead times. Develop metrics, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge and experience with international trade agreements, including: USMCA (T-MEC) EUR.1 certificates (EU trade agreements) Experience in customs certifications and regulatory compliance Requisitos Level 1Degree: Foreign Trade / Supply Chain Management/ International Logistics. Level 2: 3+Experience in supply chain, logistics, and IMMEX/PROSEC program management. Proven experience in foreign trade operations in Mexico. Strong knowledge of SAT regulations.
