You will propose and implement innovative strategies based on deep customer insights, ensuring flawless execution.




Your responsibilities:

  • Strategically execute global integrated campaigns and continuously update them to effectively address customer needs and market dynamics.




  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and provide diligent follow-up on the tactical implementation of the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with organizationalobjectives.




  • Definewith the product managerandmonitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) to assess brand performance and deliver actionable insights for optimization.




  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather in-depth customer insights, ensuring the brand's responsiveness to evolving market demands.Oversee local congresses, digital and in-person events, while coordinating with third-party partners andlocalteams to ensure successful local execution.




  • Develop and implement media plans and promotional materials in alignment with global strategies, ensuring seamless integration of the marketing mix and adherence to industry regulations.




  • Act as project lead for cross-brand and cross-portfolio initiatives within the BU, coordinating timelines,deliverablesand communication acrossdiverseteams.

  • Solid experiencein pharmaceutical marketing.

  • Proficiencyin English, both written and spoken, withstrong communicationskills.





Preferred Qualifications:
