In this role, you will independently drive cross-functional technical programs, align stakeholders across product management, engineering, and go-to-market teams, and bring structure to high-visibility initiatives from planning through launch. Responsibilities:
- Support on complex, cross-functional technical programs that support Oracle Database product priorities from planning through launch and post-launch follow-through.
- Manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive status updates across product management, engineering, and related stakeholder groups.
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of technical assets such as workshops, demos, enablement content, and operational readiness materials.
- Coordinate launch readiness, review cadences, issue escalation, and stakeholder alignment to keep strategic initiatives on track.
- Translate technical goals into clear execution plans, documentation, and communications for internal teams, partners, and customer-facing audiences.
- Use metrics, stakeholder feedback, and program retrospectives to improve quality, efficiency, and adoption across the portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in technical program management, product operations, product management support, or a related role in enterprise software or cloud technology.
- Strong communicator with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Technical fluency with Jira, Confluence. Git and Github a plus!
- Demonstrated judgment, analytical strength, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with limited oversight.
- Ability to work consistently during US East Coast business hours, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, and collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams.
