Groupe RMO recrute un Agent Guest service pour le compte de son client sur la ville de Marrakech 
Missions :
  • Accueillir les clients,
  • faciliter leurs séjours et satisfaire leurs demandes.
  • Maintenir le contact pendant et après le séjour afin de fidéliser la clientèle.
  • Enregistrer les demandes et suggérer des solutions adaptées.
