GENERAL MISSION
The Business Development Analyst is responsible for developing and enhancing Lydex's positioning by creating national and international partnerships, marketing its facilities, expertise, and services, and ensuring the optimization of the customer experience.
MAIN MISSIONS
Develop profitable national and international partnerships:
• Identify and prospect sports federations, clubs, academies, training centers, associations, and specialized agencies.
• Prepare partnership agreements, contracts, and accords.
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor the market for sports, sports internships, and training centers.
Market Lydex's capabilities (facilities, expertise, services, etc.):
• Promote accommodation facilities, sports and training spaces, and enhance the services of the Health Center through commercial actions, visual materials, event organization, etc.
• Develop a portfolio of national and international clients and build commercial partnerships.
• Negotiate commercial terms, prices, and services with clients.
• Design integrated offers that meet the needs of sports training camps.
• Create packages including sports facilities, accommodation, and health center services.
• Ensure the follow-up of the occupancy schedule.
• Analyze sales results and propose improvement actions.
• Participate in the development of the budget forecast for commercial activities related to sports facilities.
• Prepare commercial activity reports.
Optimize the customer experience (guests, athletes, etc.), and develop the Lydex brand:
• Provide personalized support to clients before, during, and after their stay.
• Manage complaints and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by regularly monitoring their needs and guaranteeing optimal service quality with all
• Develop promotional activities to increase the visibility and attractiveness of the Lydex offering.
• Contribute to strengthening the reputation and attractiveness of the Lydex brand.
• Monitor performance indicators.
Profile:
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Marketing, Sports Management, Management, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in sports, events, or hospitality.
• Experience in partnership management.
• Proficiency in three languages, written and spoken (Arabic, French, and English).
