You will join the Cloud R&D team, made up of around 70 engineers, working in a start-up spirit and a DevOps culture driven by innovation and collaboration.
As a Business Operation Analyst, you will play a key role in managing, maintaining, and improving the data quality and structure that power the ArrowSphere platform.
Your mission will be to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of the information used in transactions and integrations with our vendor partners.
Ensure the maintenance and quality of catalog data throughout the vendor lifecycle on the platform.
Optimize and document processes related to data implementation and quality control, working closely with project teams.
Define business requirements and follow up on the proper execution of related developments.
Provide functional support to project teams regarding data management and integration.
Actively contribute to vendor onboarding projects on ArrowSphere.
Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac +4/5) in IT, data management, engineering, or business analysis.
2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position, ideally within a cloud or digital environment.
Strong understanding of data management, business processes, and quality control.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and French.
Analytical mindset, rigor, and strong attention to detail.
Team-oriented, curious, and able to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional profiles.
