As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, your role will be central in driving projects aimed at optimizing our industrial processes. You will actively participate in identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to increase our operational performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your main tasks will include:
Responsible for piloting and deploying the continuous improvement approach within the UAPs. The position involves leading improvement workshops (Kaizen, problem-solving), supporting teams in process optimization, and contributing to performance improvement in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines. It also includes training employees in the principles of Lean Manufacturing, coaching future Green Belts, and deploying digital performance management tools.
To be considered for this position, you must hold a degree of Master's level (Bac +5) or higher.
An experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is required, ideally in the industrial sector.
The following skills and qualifications are essential for success in this role:
Industrial engineering degree or equivalent, with a good command of Lean Manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement methods. Ability to lead working groups, drive transformation projects, and support change in a cross-functional context. Possessing strong communication, teaching, and project management skills, with an appetite for process digitalization and operational excellence.
