Required profile :

Previous professional experience is not required; however, a first internship or experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, customer experience, or project coordination would be considered an advantage. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about understanding customer needs and contributing to an outstanding customer journey.



To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and analytical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic retail environment.
