The Industrial Operations Future Leader program is a permanent contract (CDI) development path for future graduates and young winners from engineering schools who want to start their careers in a dynamic and evolving industrial environment.
For 18 months, participants will be immersed in the heart of Centrale Danone's industrial operations through concrete tasks, rotations between several jobs, and on-site support allowing them to quickly develop their technical, operational, and managerial skills.
This program aims to prepare tomorrow's talents to move into positions of responsibility within industrial operations.
DETAILED MISSIONS:
Integrated into the heart of Centrale Danone's industrial sites, the Future Industrial Operations Leader will take part in concrete operational tasks with real responsibilities, as part of a structured 18-month program combining field immersion, functional rotations, and international exposure.
