As a Data Engineer, you will join the BI project team within the Information Systems Department.
You will be responsible for the design, industrialization, and reliability of data flows to support the company's performance and data governance.
Your main tasks:
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) between business systems (ERP, CRM, DMS, etc.) and the Data Warehouse.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and freshness of data throughout the IS, especially in the Data Warehouse.
• Participate in the modeling and design of the Data Warehouse / Data Lake architecture.
• Industrialize and automate data flows to ensure scalability and performance.
• Provide certified and documented datasets for BI teams and business units.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and support them in building reports and business indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain and administer certified Power BI datasets connected to the DWH.
• Build advanced analysis reports from the DWH and ensure their publication and governance on Power BI Service.
• Work in project mode on BI, Data, and AI initiatives.
• Contribute to the implementation of data governance (catalog, security, quality).
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience of 5 years or more in a similar role, ideally in a multi-source environment or in the automotive/retail sector.
• Excellent command of SQL and data integration tools (Azure Data Factory, Talend, SSIS, or equivalents).
• Good knowledge of Power BI Service and SQL Server environments.
• Strong skills in data modeling (dimensional, Data Warehouse, Data Lake).
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, SSIS, SQL, and Python.
• Knowledge of APIs, PowerShell, and automation is a plus.
