Within the Casablanca service center, your main tasks are:

Production Deployment / Change Operations:

• Assure the production deployment of applications within the scope
• Process tickets according to their criticality
• Provide support to teams on the internal cloud infrastructure aspect.
• Prepare the necessary infrastructures for applications in the pre-production and production phases
• Monitor and anticipate network openings
• Support development teams on operational, infrastructure, and production aspects.
• Ensure the security by design aspect of the infrastructures we build with the support of the DTSI and DSI security teams.
• Produce and maintain the necessary CICD/DEVOPS pipelines in collaboration with development teams.
• Maintain operational readiness (MCO) of the systems, ensuring compliance with standards and performance criteria.
• Lead and/or provide expertise during incident analysis and crisis management in problem resolution.
• Define procedures and communicate production deployment instructions.
• Be responsible for quality feedback loops on applications and business chains within your scope.
