You are responsible for managing a 150-ton mobile crane, and your main tasks are:



  • Driving and maneuvering the mobile crane on site while respecting safety instructions,
  • Lifting and moving heavy loads,
  • Performing daily checks of the machine (condition, fluid levels, safety devices),
  • Reporting any technical issues to the maintenance teams,
  • Coordinating maneuvers with ground teams (site manager, slinger, signalman),
  • Ensuring strict adherence to safety rules and load capacities.


Required profile :

We are looking for an operator with at least 3 years of experience in managing a mobile crane. Required skills and certifications include:



  • Valid mobile crane CACES (or recognized Moroccan equivalent)
  • Previous experience operating a Liebherr 150-ton Mobile Crane
  • Lifting safety training
  • Significant experience driving lifting equipment on construction or industrial sites,
  • Good knowledge of safety rules and regulations related to lifting, rigor, composure, and a sense of responsibility,
  • Ability to work at heights and outdoors.

Technical skills:



  • Reading lifting plans,
  • Mastery of site communication systems (radios, standardized gestures),
  • Knowledge of load limits and maneuvering angles.
