Four Seasons Casablanca is looking for a Guest Service Agent who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything he does.

What you will do:

• Must be able to work overnight and follow proper protocol in the overnight hours of hotel operation. 
• Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive.
• Assisting valet parking service upon guest’s request on vehicle parking, retrieval..
• Maintains proper records of stored luggage, package deliveries and pick-ups in compliance with Four Seasons Standards.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. 
• Helps resolve customer complaints, assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Providing arriving guests with a hotel orientation.
• Will complete any tasks of a Doorman, Bellman. Greet all guests with a smile and offer them assistance.
• Assist overnight MOD with guests requests.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers.
