We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Coordinator to support our store teams on various HR topics and contribute to the good administrative and social management of employees.
Your main tasks:
Manage employee administrative files and contracts.
Ensure relations with social organizations and insurance companies.
Monitor training attendance and schedule management.
Extract, validate, and check employee time tracking.
Participate in monitoring HR indicators (payroll, leave, anomalies, etc.)
Profile sought:
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management or Human Resources.
Beginners accepted, previous experience in HR administration is a plus.
Good knowledge of labor law.
Sense of organization, rigor, and ability to communicate effectively.
