Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will have the following responsibilities:
• HR Development :
- Manages the onboarding and retention process for employees in their scope
- Co-manages recruitment interviews
- Handles internal job openings: develops and publishes the ad, receives, sorts, and pre-selects CVs, schedules internal recruitment interviews, co-manages interviews & assessments
- Handles departure files: receives departure requests, manages interviews, and handles administrative coordination of departures (defines notice period, consolidates required documents...etc.)
- Monitors and coordinates the objective setting and annual performance review processes for employees in their scope
- Leads certain HR development committees within their scope
- Deploys the internal mobility process within their scope (talent pool creation, talent management...etc.)
- Executes the rollout of HR action plans within their scope (new tools, processes, systems...etc.)
• Administrative Management:
- Updates and ensures the accuracy of administrative management files for employees in their scope (headcount monitoring, movements, working hours...etc.) in compliance with current rules and procedures
• Disciplinary Management:
- Investigates disciplinary cases (qualifies offenses; defines the level of sanction up to the 3rd warning) within their scope for hierarchical decision
- Assesses the legal compliance of the disciplinary sanction process
- Conducts disciplinary sanction interviews
- Liaises with the labor inspectorate
• Social Relations Management:
- Analyzes and reports to their hierarchy elements that could weaken the social climate
- Monitors, in collaboration with the Social Relations Coordinator, the implementation of actions decided within the employee representative bodies and alerts their hierarchy about deviations and dysfunctions related to their execution
• Social Relations Management:

• Advisory:
- Handles requests from employees in their scope regarding their careers (information requests, mobility requests): gathers, analyzes, and responds
- Gathers assistance requests from managers in their scope for handling HR cases, and coordinates their response
- Shares best practices implemented within their scope that could be globally capitalized upon
• Reporting
- Produces reports and updates HR dashboards (disciplinary, mobility, departures...etc.)
- Reports to their hierarchy and obtains approval for disciplinary sanctions exceeding their scope of authority
With a higher education degree (Bac+4), you have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of HR experience in a similar role, ideally in a customer relations center.
You have a good understanding of regulations, strong synthesis and analytical skills. Your interpersonal skills and listening ability are essential qualities to successfully carry out your missions.
