As part of its business development, MCC is recruiting an Inside Sales representative to strengthen its sales and marketing teams.
The position is for a hybrid profile, capable of working between sales prospecting and operational marketing, with a good understanding of the challenges of BPO / outsourced customer relations.
• Identification and qualification of leads (prospecting, monitoring, targeting)
• Contact and generation of sales opportunities
• Follow-up and management of the sales pipeline
• Contribution to lead generation campaigns and marketing actions
• Participation in the organization of events, webinars, and acquisition operations
• Creation and updating of sales and marketing materials
• Coordination with sales and marketing teams to support development goals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in commerce, marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in business development / sales development
• Experience in the BPO / outsourcing sector is ideal
• Strong marketing sense and interest in operational marketing
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in prospecting and lead generation tools
