GENERAL MISSION
The interim BTS professor provides the teaching assigned to them within the framework of the "Sports Management" Higher Technician Certificate (BTS) training program at the Rabat High School of Excellence. They contribute to the quality of learning, the development of students' skills, and the achievement of the program's educational objectives.
MAIN MISSIONS
• Provide teaching (lectures, tutorials, and/or practical work) in accordance with the defined curriculum and allocated hours;
• Prepare and lead educational sessions using teaching methods adapted to the training objectives;
• Develop the necessary educational materials for the teaching provided;
• Evaluate students' learning through tests, exams, assignments, or projects, in accordance with the evaluation methods defined by the institution;
• Grade assessments and communicate results within the given deadlines;
• Support students in acquiring the technical and professional skills related to the subject taught;
• Participate, as needed, in juries, deliberations, defenses, exams, and other educational activities related to their teaching;
• Use the digital tools and educational platforms provided by the institution to monitor teaching and students;
• Ensure compliance with the internal regulations, educational procedures, and quality requirements of the institution;
• Participate in educational or coordination meetings organized by the management or the program head when their presence is required;
• Conduct scientific, technical, and pedagogical watch to ensure the updating of taught content;
PROFILE
- Master's degree or equivalent degree (BAC+5 level) in the specialized field;
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in French in the following subjects:
- Proficiency in various learning methods and digital teaching tools such as collaborative tools, LMS, etc.
SKILLS
- Complete mastery of the subject taught;
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to student needs;
- Inclination for pedagogical innovation;
- Demonstrate authority and maintain classroom discipline;
