Job :

This role is a key resource supporting our BMO/CIBC accounts, with a primary focus on inventory management for SDWAN/SDA Utility and BTCV 1.1 and 2.0 solutions. 



  • Lead the development of business cases to support inventory and solution requirements
  • Initiate and manage purchase order (PO) requests for additional equipment
  • Collaborate with DSA teams and Engineering to develop accurate inventory projections
  • Partner with Progistix to oversee the receipt, tracking, and lifecycle management of equipment, including new, reusable, refurbished, and decommissioned assets
  • Utilize provided job aids to ensure consistency and efficiency across processes


Required profile :
  • University or college degree in engineering, computer sciences, Business, mathematics or relevant experience in an equivalent domain
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • 4+ years of experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations.
  • Experience managing inventory planning, forecasting, and stock control.
  • Experience supporting IT/Telecom projects (preferred, especially network equipment).

Technical Skills



  • Inventory management and lifecycle management.
  • Demand forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Purchase Order (PO) management.
  • Procurement and supplier/vendor management.
  • Budgeting and business case preparation.
  • Inventory reporting and data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel (mandatory).
  • Experience with inventory management tools/ERP systems (SAP or similar is an asset).
  • Dashboard and reporting skills.

Business Skills



  • Ability to develop business cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience identifying process gaps and implementing improvements.
  • Ability to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Experience reconciling inventory discrepancies.
