Job :
- Manage locally a team of High-tech resources working in teams and pods to deliver high value programs
- Coordinate with hiring managers, supervise, organize your scope to ensure performance and consistency targets are met
- Contribute in the selection and identification of your team members
- Provide guidance and day to day insight to different team members
- Conduct performance monthly and bi-annual reviews
- Create and nurture a culture of performance and over achievement within your team
- Onboard, develop skills, upskill, train and ensure that your teams skills are always in concordance with the HM requirements
- Manage discipline, absenteism, work ways and ensure that Cnexias business rules and policies and respected and applied by all tech team
- Hold regular touch point with your team, the service delivery manager and the Hiring manager to guarantee a day-to-day monitoring of the delivery and team progress in correspondence to the different projects your team is involved in

Required Skills and Experience- 3 years working experience Team management in a highly demanding Tech environment.
- Bachelor Education Level in an advanced it field (preferably development, project management, Dataetc.)
- A previous experience as an Team lead in a multi-national bilingual (Eng+Fr) environment
- Experience with agile Management approach
- Experience with project management
- Experience with service delivery management
- Service oriented, and autonomous
- Proactive, innovative, and critical thinker
- Good communication skills in English and French
