Reporting to the Legal Advisory and Contracts Department, within the Legal Directorate under the Governance, Compliance, and Legal Division, your main missions will be:
• Participate in managing the relationship with internal entities and intermediaries regarding pre-litigation matters.
• Propose, negotiate, and formalize amicable settlements.
• Participate in the implementation and execution of the litigation management framework.
• Monitor litigation files and, if necessary, participate in selecting and assigning lawyers based on the case content.
• Represent CDG before judicial bodies, strictly following hierarchical directives.
• Monitor files assigned to law firms and specialized external service providers.
• Follow court hearings and deadlines of a judicial nature and maintain a schedule of these.
• Track judgments and appeals and ensure their execution where applicable.
• Monitor and process judicial notifications and report them to management.
• Monitor and process expense and fee notes related to managed files.
• Participate in managing relationships with lawyers and specialized external service providers in the judicial field.
What we are looking for:
• A Master's degree (Bac+5) in law, with a specialization in litigation, debt collection, or judicial law.
• Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in handling and monitoring litigation files (amicable and judicial) is required.
What you will bring:
• Proficiency in business law, civil law, contract law, and litigation procedures.
• Knowledge of judicial and para-judicial procedures (formal notice, summons, enforcement, recovery, etc.).
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and monitor litigation files (amicable and judicial).
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, memos, pleadings, and official correspondence.
• Expertise in managing legal risks and securing operations.
• Legal and regulatory watch.
