Management Controller | bouskoura (Morocco)

B5 Cosmetics is recruiting a Management Controller & Internal Control specialist to strengthen its financial management, ensure the reliability of its management data, and support the continuous improvement of its operational processes.

Reporting to the Financial Department, you will play a key role in performance monitoring, risk management, and preparing reports for management.

Your main responsibilities:

· Lead the annual budget construction and periodic forecasts.

· Ensure the reliability of financial, commercial, and operational data.

· Produce monthly reports: revenue, margin, costs, profitability, inventory, expenses, and key performance indicators.

· Analyze discrepancies between forecasts and actuals, and propose concrete action plans.

· Develop, update, and improve dashboards for management.

· Participate in monitoring monthly closings and analyzing profitability.

· Support operational teams in applying management procedures and best practices.

· Ensure follow-up of audit recommendations and corrective actions.

· Contribute to strengthening internal control, risk management, and formalizing procedures.

· Participate in the continuous improvement of financial and operational processes.

Profile sought:

· Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Audit, Management Control, Accounting, or Business School.

· Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in management control, audit, internal control, or operational finance.

· Experience in retail, distribution, cosmetics, or a multi-site environment is highly appreciated.

· Good command of budgets, reporting, closing procedures, and profitability analysis.

· Solid knowledge of internal control, risk management, and procedure formalization.
