En tant que Manager Contrôle de Gestion des Fonctions Support , vous serez au cœur de la performance financière et opérationnelle.

Vos responsabilités clés :

• Encadrer une équipe de 3 contrôleurs et favoriser leur développement
• Superviser la clôture comptable mensuelle pour garantir la fiabilité des données financières
• Superviser la production et la qualité des reportings financiers (RH, Finance, Immobilier, Communication, Stratégie)
• Collaborer avec les responsables opérationnels pour anticiper et piloter les budgets et forecasts
• Présenter le reporting et les analyses clés aux membres de l’EMB (Executive Management Board), en apportant un éclairage pertinent pour la prise de décision
• Préparer les Business Reviews trimestrielles et le suivi des MSC en lien avec l’équipe GDO,
• Représenter l’équipe Finance vis a à vis des partenaires externes tels que l’administration fiscale, des auditeurs externes

En résumé : vous pilotez la performance financière tout en assurant la gestion opérationnelle du site, dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel.

Profil:

• Diplômé(e) Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur, de commerce ou université, spécialisation finance/comptabilité)
• Expérience solide en contrôle de gestion, management d’équipe, et projets de transformation
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit

Compétences clés :

• Budget, forecasts, analyses financières
• Processus de contrôle de gestion et reporting
• Outils: Excel, PowerPoint, outil de reporting (EPM)
• Organisation, leadership, communication, esprit d’analyse
