Responsibilities

Job Location : Meknes


  • Analyze daily cutting quality control reports and organize daily meetings related to nonconformities.
  • Organize sorting activities in response to internal and external quality issues and issue Quality Alerts when necessary.
  • Participate in daily quality and production meetings.
  • Lead internal investigations and contribute to 8D reports for internal and external customers.
  • Monitor and communicate KPIs (LMQM, audit status, corrective action progress).
  • Supervise the implementation of Lear quality standards within the Cutting Area.
  • Ensure proper execution of Control Plans, work instructions, and Poka-Yoke controls.
  • Participate in internal and external audits in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and internal quality issues (Warranty, WCs, Alerts, etc.).
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics departments.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of engineering changes (ECN/ECR).
  • Ensure alignment between quality controls, customer requirements, and production flows.
  • Participate in machine validation activities and ensure the closure of all open actions.
  • Update work instructions, quality standards, and all other relevant documentation related to the Cutting Area.
  • Propose and deploy Kaizen actions to improve the reliability of cutting processes.
  • Contribute to the development or updating of PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC (Core Tools) in accordance with Lear standards.
  • Organize and conduct weekly process audits in the Cutting Area.
  • Ensure the management and maintenance of the quarantine area (containment area for nonconforming products) within the Cutting Area.
  • Monitor 5S discipline within the Cutting Area.
  • Manage the Cutting Quality team (technicians and auditors), including training and development.


Experience Requirements
  • Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality.
  • Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools.
  • Proficient in the 8D Problem-Solving Methodology.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and French.
  • Good experience in the cutting process within the automotive wiring harness industry.
