As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are strengthening our Operations department by recruiting a Network Supervisor in Rabat.
Assigned to the Operations Department, your role is to ensure the overall performance of a network of stores by managing teams, optimizing operations, and achieving commercial objectives, while ensuring regular and reliable reporting of activity.
Missions & Responsibilities:
Supervise and support store teams in the network;
Ensure the correct application of the brand's procedures and standards;
Manage commercial performance (turnover, margins, key indicators);
Analyze results and implement corrective action plans;
Ensure regular reporting to the Regional Department Manager and report field alerts;
Ensure operational efficiency in stores by optimizing product availability, commercial visibility, and customer experience;
Deploy action plans defined by the management and regional management;
Identify areas for improvement and contribute to network development;
Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of store teams;
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality in stores.
With a minimum of a Bac+2 (2-year higher education degree) in commerce, management, or equivalent, you have significant experience in store management, ideally in the mass retail sector (GMS).
Proven experience in supervising field teams;
Experience in multi-site management and managing field sales teams;
Good knowledge of in-store operations and GMS standards;
Mastery of commercial performance indicators;
Management skills and ability to rally teams;
Analytical mind, rigor, and responsiveness;
Results-oriented, organizational skills, and strong field presence.
