Above all, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about people, home furnishing, and creating a positive customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. You are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team. A good command of Microsoft Office tools and proficiency in French and/or English will be appreciated. Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in IKEA values are essential qualities for this internship.
