We are hiring dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Representatives to join our team at our Rabat location.



Main responsibilities:



  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
  • Identify new strategic clients in specific sectors and negotiate significant contracts with these companies.
  • Analyze the needs of key accounts and design tailored commercial solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Lead the sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets for key accounts.
  • Monitor the performance of key accounts, conduct results analysis, and propose corrective actions if necessary.
  • Ensure quality after-sales follow-up, guarantee that commitments are met, and quickly resolve any potential issues or complaints.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service, technical) to ensure key account satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth information flow between internal teams to guarantee the successful execution of projects or contracts.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to adapt commercial offers and remain competitive in the evolving market.
  • Engage in continuous training on new products, services, and industry trends to optimize key account management.
     

Required profile :

To succeed in this role, you need to demonstrate the following skills and qualities: 



  • Training in commerce, management, or the medical field (BTS, Licence, or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, commercial management, or in a medical/paramedical environment.
  • Good knowledge of medical products and their regulations.
  • Proficiency in commercial management tools (invoicing, inventory, orders).
  • Comfort with computer tools (ERP, Excel, POS software).
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills.
  • Rigor, organization, and responsiveness in daily management.
