We are looking for a talented Sales Supervisor to join us. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and support the Medical Representatives in achieving their objectives.
  • Implement the commercial and promotional strategy within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor performance indicators and develop appropriate action plans.
  • Conduct field visits and provide regular coaching to the sales team.
  • Assess, motivate, and develop team members’ capabilities.
  • Ensure accurate CRM data and timely commercial reporting.
  • Build strong professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and pharmaceutical regulatory and ethical requirements. 

Qualifications:


We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 9 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical promotion.
  • Proven experience in team supervision or people management.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of French and CRM tools.
  • English is an advantage.
