Job :

The technical project manager will be in charge of planning, supervising, and controlling studies and works, ensuring deadlines are met, costs and resources used are optimized, and quality requirements are satisfied.
To this end, you will have the following main missions:



• Participate in launching calls for tenders and coordinate the processing of offers until the companies are awarded;• Ensure the monitoring and control of studies and works in their different phases;• During works, ensure the monitoring and control of adaptation studies;• Ensure coordination between the different stakeholders in studies and works (consulting firms, architects, surveyors, companies, etc.);• Control and validate tender documents (DCE);• Manage study and work contracts in administrative, legal, and financial aspects;• Control statements of work and ensure payment follow-up for service providers;• Develop periodic reporting on projects under their portfolio.




Required profile :
  • State engineer or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Bac+5 level);
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a similar position in the field of Roads and Utilities (VRD) and urban development.

Skills required for the position:



  • Excellent command of project management;
  • Perfect knowledge of contract award procedures, calls for tenders (AO), and administrative, legal, and financial monitoring of contracts;
  • Proficiency in controlling and monitoring VRD studies and works in all their phases;
  • Rigor and autonomy in project management;
  • Interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills.
